Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over $50
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.

Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, or product nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Electronics / Turbo Related items (e.g., turbo parts, electronics).
- Clearance SALE products (all sales are final).
- Apparel that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Installed or used products, such as Engine / Cooling parts or Exhaust / Air Intake systems, once fitted or operated.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
- Wait for Approval: We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and a return authorization (RA) number if approved.

Refunds & Processing Time
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the return.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). For PayPal, refunds may appear in your account within 3-5 business days after processing.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Exchange Process
If you request an exchange:
- We will ship the replacement once we receive and process your return.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
